AanvraagAI helps technical service companies in the Netherlands capture, qualify and follow up every quote request from their website.

What we do

We give small installation and repair businesses a hosted intake page and an iframe-ready website widget, plus AI that reads each request, scores urgency and quality, drafts a reply in the customer's language, and emails the owner with a clean summary.

Who it is for

EV charger installers, heat pump and HVAC installers, solar and battery specialists, electrical contractors, and repair and maintenance teams. Other service businesses can use the generic intake flow.

Why this focus

Technical service companies receive quote requests where the missing details (postcode, property type, current setup, urgency) are exactly what determines whether the lead is worth a visit. AanvraagAI is built around exactly those questions.

Owner stays in control

AI suggestions are drafts. AanvraagAI never sends a reply automatically. The owner reviews each suggestion and decides what to send, by email, WhatsApp or phone.

Built for the Dutch and EU market

The website and intake form are available in Dutch, English and German. Customer data is stored in our Supabase project on EU infrastructure. Notifications go out via a verified Resend sending domain.
