1. Who we are

AanvraagAI (aanvraagai.nl) provides an AI receptionist service for small service businesses in the Netherlands. We act as a data processor for the businesses that use our platform to capture and respond to customer requests.

2. What data we process

• Account data: name and email of business owners who register an account.
• Customer request data: name, email, phone, city, postcode, requested service, message, preferred language, and consent flag submitted via the intake form.
• AI analysis fields: a generated summary, detected language, urgency, quality score, suggested reply, and missing-information hints.

3. Purpose

Customer request data is used solely to help the business you contacted respond to your inquiry. AI analysis assists the business owner; AanvraagAI does not automatically reply on the business's behalf.

4. Hosting and storage

Data is stored in our Supabase project, which is hosted on EU-based infrastructure. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Retention

Customer request data is stored for up to 24 months, or until the business owner deletes it from their dashboard. Account data is retained for the lifetime of the account.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact us at support@aanvraagai.nl and we'll respond within 30 days.
